When Tiny Tim was brought to the attention of American Dog Rescue, founder Arthur E. Benjamin had no idea he’d be adding another dog to his own pack. But after helping get the precious little Shih Tzu “back on his feet,” Arthur just simply could not resist giving the little guy a permanent home.
