In addition to their mobile vet clinics, paws2help also provides education and spay/neuter services. paws2help is a model for the expansion of low-cost veterinary services nationally and American Dog Rescue believes such a solution for care of all animals is long overdue and an idea whose time has come.

Founded by 12-year-old Kyria Henry in 1999, paws4people helps train and provide service dogs for people in need. Through initiatives like paws4vets, paws4prisons and many others, paws4people places more than 100 service dogs per year, free-of-charge with war veterans with PTSD and other ailments, as well as disabled young people. The organization also helps reduce recidivism rates in the prisons in which inmates are given the privilege of training service dogs.
