The Arthur E. Benjamin Foundation proudly presented the second-annual Art of Film event on November 18, 2011 in Dallas. The event benefits The Dallas Film Society’s year-round education and community outreach programs.

Attendees were privileged to hear from this year’s honoree, John Lithgow, as well as take in a lavish red-carpet event and formal dinner at the Hall of State Building in Fair Park.

“On behalf of my foundation, I was honored to host this event again this year,” Arthur said. “My passion for great movies fuels my support of the Dallas film scene – and to honor such a great guest as John Lithgow was a true pleasure.”

Robert Duvall is a previous Art of Film honoree, receiving the inaugural award in November of 2010.
